Questions
Do you handle building plan approvals?
Yes. The studio prepares and files sanction drawings with the city corporation or BDA and follows them up until approval.
How are fees charged?
As a percentage of the construction cost or a lump sum for the scope. The fee and stages of payment are agreed in writing before work starts.
Do you take projects outside Bengaluru?
Yes, within Karnataka and nearby. Site visit costs for outstation projects are agreed in advance.
