What does a session cost, and do you have packages?
A first assessment is 700 rupees and a follow-up session is 500 rupees. Packages of ten sessions are 4,500 rupees. Home visits are 900 rupees within the city. We will tell you the likely number of sessions at the assessment so there are no surprises.
Do I need a doctor's referral?
No. You can come to us directly. If we feel you need a scan or a specialist opinion before we start, we will tell you at the assessment rather than beginning treatment.
Do you accept insurance, or is it cash only?
Outpatient physiotherapy is usually not covered by Indian health policies, so most patients pay directly. We accept cash, UPI and cards, and we give a proper receipt you can submit if your employer reimburses treatment.
How long is a session?
The first assessment takes about 45 minutes. Follow-up sessions run 30 to 40 minutes depending on the treatment plan.
How many sessions before I see improvement?
It depends on the condition. Most patients notice a clear change within four to six sessions, and we review the plan with you every week rather than booking a long course up front.
Do you do home visits outside Coimbatore city?
We cover Coimbatore and nearby areas within about 20 km, which includes Saravanampatti, Peelamedu, Singanallur and Vadavalli. Message us your location and we will confirm before you book.
Is there parking?
Yes. There is free parking for cars and two wheelers in front of the building, and the entrance is step free if you are coming with a walker or a wheelchair.
What should I wear?
Loose, comfortable clothing that lets us see and move the affected area. Shorts for a knee or hip problem, a sleeveless top for a shoulder. If you forget, we keep clean shorts at the clinic.
