What does it cost?
Buying or selling: 1% of the deal value. Renting: 15 days of rent from each side. GST extra. Nothing is charged until the deal is done.
Are you RERA registered?
Yes. Our RERA agent registration number is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/AG/190827/002468, valid till 26 August 2029. You can check it on the Karnataka RERA website.
Do you handle resale homes?
Yes. Most of our work is resale and rentals in the localities listed above. For new launches we show you the project's RERA number first.
Will you say a property will go up in value?
No. Nobody can promise that. We share recent registration prices nearby so you can decide.
